There are mid-year and year-end bonus schemes, birthday cash gifts, and gift vouchers for each holiday. The benefits are acceptable.
They violate the Labor Standards Act by requiring excessive overtime and do not allow employees to clock in or out, leaving no record of the extra hours worked.
There is no manpower, yet they keep opening new stores, making one person do the work of two!
The job posting says 8 hours of work per day and 8 days off per month.
In reality, it is 12 hours a day, and you should be happy if you get any days off at all.
Management keeps making empty promises, while frontline employees have to take responsibility when the work cannot be completed.
If you are not submissive enough, do not come to COSMED.
