Reasons for not recommending the Test Fixture Design Department and the company

1. I joined the Information Department in mid-November, but the department would not issue me a work laptop until January. For a place that claims to be one of Taiwan’s “Big Five” electronics companies, it was surprisingly inconsiderate toward new employees.

2. The department supervisor, Mr. Cheng, made me very uncomfortable with his management and communication style. Even more outrageous, after I resigned and blocked him everywhere, he still called my mobile phone to ask about work progress and to show his hypocritical concern.

3. Some of the testing environments in the workplace are very loud, with high noise levels.

These two months of my career were completely meaningless, and the company left me feeling terrible. In particular, without a work laptop, I could not report overtime or check my salary details. No matter how good the company becomes in the future, I will not consider it again.
