1. Good department atmosphere

2. Afternoon tea is provided

3. Snacks, coffee, and milk are available

4. So many employee benefits that I can't use them all

5. Plenty of annual leave

6. The salary seems to be higher than the industry average (at least, my friends in the same industry really don't earn as much as I do)

I've been here for over a year and haven't experienced any so far, but it doesn't feel as scary as the reviews make it sound hahaha. I'll add more if I experience anything.
