Company culture:
Only the boss and their sibling, along with a few senior managers, are supposed to make money.
Other employees are supposed to spend their entire lives earning fixed salaries.
Partner vendors are supposed to be cut down to rock-bottom prices.
The finished products the company wants must have the premium feel of an international brand.
Yet the budget provided is even several times lower than the budgets of Taiwan's domestic clothing brands.
In short:
Only I am allowed to make money from the vendors; none of you are allowed to make money from Xunju.
