Can't think of any.
Cons
The company has no standards for hiring, with ordinary employees conducting interviews. People are dismissed arbitrarily, and if you don't mention the Labor Bureau, they don't even plan to pay severance or provide an involuntary separation notice.
Meetings are like indoctrination into some kind of cult, basically a competition to see who is best at flattering the supervisors.
