4. I had previously seen other comments mentioning that there was no overtime pay. During this interview, I specifically asked HR and the supervisor about it. The company does provide overtime compensatory leave or settlement as overtime pay in accordance with the law, allowing employees to choose for themselves
1. The interview was held in a meeting room on the third floor, so there was no opportunity to see what the office was like
2. The interview took a little longer. I first had to complete an online logic test and a hands-on computer test before HR and the supervisor joined the interview
3. It depends on the status of each project. There may be opportunities to work on short-term or long-term assignments at client sites. However, the supervisor said that the clients are mainly located in Taipei City, and not every project requires on-site assignment
