The office looks very nice, the benefits and systems sound very good, and the company engages in charitable activities.
HR is somewhat inefficient. After being verbally informed that I was hired, I was still asked to provide background checks from two former supervisors. After waiting for more than a week, I still had to ask HR myself when the formal offer would be issued. The approved salary was much lower than my previous salary. I suggest first providing employees with feedback on the salary before discussing benefits and charitable activities, and only then discussing further investments outside the core business.
