A seven-hour workday, but there is absolutely no time to eat lunch. You also have to work overtime after hours, and your supervisor will email you in the middle of the night.

At first, they had a colleague train you, but later the supervisor said you had to train yourself. After only a few days of training, the supervisor went abroad for a vacation. When they returned, they told you that you had failed the probationary period and had to leave, claiming that you had increased your colleague’s workload. In reality, the problem was clearly with their own management: they had a colleague assist you. Having been employed for less than a month, how much of the company’s business culture could you possibly have learned?

The colleagues also really like taking credit and claiming others’ accomplishments. They are unwilling to keep you updated, and anyone willing to work there has to know how to speak in corporate jargon. The interpersonal pressure is just as great as the work pressure.

During the interview, I also said that I had no experience in this area. I had offers from several companies at the same time, and choosing this one was absolutely not worth it.
