1. The boss claims to have attended a certain university's master's program in communications and gained a new understanding of management, but in reality he knows nothing about it and is merely repeating what he has heard.
2. At first, the boss says, “I respect professional expertise; let’s give it time to be tested,” but after one or two months, he starts complaining and engaging in workplace manipulation (PUA).
3. The job responsibilities are unclear. Things are often done according to whatever the boss wants to do, because he really likes listening to what people in his social circle say.
4. He often paints a very grand and attractive picture of the company’s future, but in reality, employees never get to enjoy any of it.
5. He is extremely emotional and often talks about his past achievements, but most of them were not actually accomplished by him.
6. He uses emotional manipulation against employees very seriously. I’ve heard that many people who came to work here were his close associates. He treats every hire the same way: after getting something tangible from them, he starts finding fault with everything and tries to push them out.
7. Things are a complete mess internally. He even brings in friends to help, but most of them leave quickly after not staying very long.
8. The year-end “bonus” is not really a bonus; it is a pitifully small amount.
