1. Remote work is not allowed. For an internet company to still manage employees in such a traditional way is quite ironic.

2. Every month, you have to read a book issued by the company and write a reflection on it—and it is mandatory. Don't have time during work? Then use your own time! The quality of the books is also inconsistent, and their overall value is rather low.

3. Whether you have a good experience at the company depends greatly on which product you are assigned to. Before the interview, make sure you find out which product you are applying for.

4. There are no flexible working hours. It's already 2024.

5. The technology is relatively outdated, and the company does not seem to be making much effort to improve or look for areas to optimize. If you want to introduce new tools, there is a good chance you will be blocked.

Overall, the benefits are good and improve with seniority. However, because upper management has generally been promoted based on seniority, their views are very conservative and outdated. Working here means either staying for a year or two to add the experience to your résumé and then leaving, or never leaving at all.
