Pros

Convenient to get food, and ordering delivery is also convenient

Cons

1. Severe age discrimination and hostility toward young people.

2. Extremely poor workplace culture. If you do not voluntarily work unpaid overtime, people will gossip about you and criticize you for being irresponsible and unmotivated.

3. An unfriendly work environment for women. I was unable to take leave when I developed an acute urinary tract infection on the way to work, and when I took menstrual leave, my boss criticized me, saying, “The company hired you to work, not to take vacations.”

4. An unfriendly work environment regarding sick leave. Because the workload was too heavy, I went to the hospital and obtained a rehabilitation treatment note, yet they still said that sick leave could only be taken on the “day of the appointment”; for the remaining time, I had to use annual leave or personal leave.

5. There is no standardized system for awarding bonuses; it depends entirely on the mood of the owner and the owner’s wife. As long as you appear to be “proactive and responsible,” you receive a bonus. If you do not “appear” proactive, then regardless of whether your individual performance generates one million or two million, your bonus is still 0.

6. When inviting a KOL to collaborate, the owner’s wife directly said in front of all the employees that the KOL was “too unattractive.”

7. The owner did not want to pay the 10-dollar remittance fee for peripheral merchandise and asked employees whether they could first use their own credit cards to pay through the company’s account.

8. I applied for a department-store position, but after joining, I was assigned e-commerce work. I also had to plan and set up events outside the scope of my job, including purchasing all decorations and training staff. It was originally expected to be completed in six weeks, but the owner’s wife insisted it be completed within four weeks. After it was completed, we were not only not praised but also criticized for finishing too hastily and for inadequate promotion and lack of customer traffic.

9. The water temperature in a document had to be changed according to the owner’s wife’s mood—from 36 degrees to 35 degrees, then back from 35 to 36—repeated at least 10 times.

10. Eating lunch on time would prompt sarcastic remarks in front of the entire office.

11. Having a larger appetite would prompt sarcastic remarks in front of the entire office.
