Pros

The software park has a pleasant environment, and there is a light rail nearby.

There is a refrigerator and a coffee machine in the office.

1. A family business run by the owner and the owner’s wife, along with the owner’s wife’s sister, with no other managers or any systematic management.

2. There is no option for overtime pay, and there are no employee health checkups.

3. The job description is completely different from the actual work. It was described as an e-commerce position, but after joining, I was assigned to manage department stores. I was then scolded for not doing well or being proactive in tasks I was not originally good at.

4. Internal communication is problematic. Decisions frequently change, and matters that have already been finalized are often revised. Employees are then criticized for not completing the work on schedule.

5. There is no individual extension number or company communication software. During breaks, employees are disturbed by personal phone calls and Line notifications.

6. Employee turnover is very high. No one was assigned to coordinate with me when I joined, and there was no manager or any pre-employment training. Everything had to be handled on my own, so many employees left after only a few months.
