Pros

The software park has a pleasant environment, and there is a light rail nearby.

The office has a refrigerator and a coffee machine.

1. A family business consisting of the owner, the owner’s wife, and the owner’s older sister, with no other managers or any systematic management.

2. There is no option to receive overtime pay, and there are no employee health checkups.

3. The job description is completely different from the actual work. It was described as an e-commerce position, but after joining, I was assigned to manage department stores. I was also criticized for not doing well and for lacking initiative in tasks I was not originally good at.

4. Internal communication is problematic. The company frequently changes its decisions, often revising matters after they have already been settled, and then criticizes employees for not completing the work on schedule.

5. There is no personal extension phone or work-related messaging software, so employees are disturbed by personal phone calls and LINE notifications during breaks.

6. The turnover rate is very high. No one is assigned to guide new employees when they join, and there is no manager or any pre-employment training. Employees have to handle everything on their own, so many leave after only a few months.
