1. Mindless decision-making by senior management

The company has no R&D capabilities but insists on making automotive products. As a result, product yields are extremely low, and customers are allowed to pick through every product one by one.

There are 80 inspection points for a single product… Customers are even allowed to keep using production-line resources to help conduct experiments.

2. Letting customers do whatever they want

When a customer comes in, it usually takes around two months. We serve as their babysitters throughout the entire process, and even have to help them exchange Japanese yen. The customers themselves do not know the specifications, yet we have to “practice swordsmanship with the young master.”

3. Witch-hunting whenever there is a problem

Many issues are systemic, but management will find a way to single out someone as having made the mistake, push all the responsibility onto that person, and account to the customer. Then they can extricate themselves.

4. Cliques are a serious problem

I didn’t know whether I was working or back in high school. Someone would openly flirt with her husband in the office and even set up a position in the department exclusively for him. Everyone had to watch a certain person’s mood.

During major festivals, group-buying orders would be organized, and health supplements were even sold at the company. In order to survive, I also had to reluctantly place an order with that person. I also heard that someone was studying to become an insurance agent. I wonder whether we will have to buy insurance from her in the future to survive.

Although she is only a junior manager, she keeps passing her work off to others. Her little followers will help her, and she will protect them. But if you are not part of her faction, you will be made to suffer terribly.

Everyone dislikes her privately, but they are angry and afraid to speak up.

I heard that every new employee who does not meet her expectations will be given a hard time.

I also don’t know what kind of magic she has that allows the boss to tolerate this behavior.

So whenever I see her group, I avoid them.
