Pros
There are some experts on the front end who can mentor you, which is okay.
Cons
The turnover rate on the back end is even higher than the water turnover rate in my toilet.
The people at the top only care about appearances, and those with connections keep getting promoted to senior positions.
A bunch of people are slacking off, hehe.
