Before the interview, they require the applicant to prepare a bunch of documents, but after the actual interview, they notify you that you will not be hired because your education and experience do not match. The point is, they had already seen your résumé before the interview. If your education and experience did not match, they should not have invited you to an interview in the first place. It was simply a waste of everyone’s time, and the company’s image is terrible.
