They don't fire people
The drawbacks are too numerous to list.
Performance reviews are all about whether your supervisor likes you;
contributing more does not necessarily mean getting a higher rating.
Instead, those who only know how to talk and flatter their supervisors have it easy.
You can choose to slack off together;
after all, the company doesn't fire people!
Whatever you do, don't let the company know what you're capable of,
or they'll simply make you do everything.
Remember to negotiate a higher salary;
otherwise, if you refuse to go along with the crowd, you're destined to have little room for growth~
Digital transformation, agile development, intelligent AI, and big data are all just talk.
They only spend money buying news coverage~
They set up a transformation office,
but it's actually a unit for succession struggles,
keeping a bunch of people who make little contribution,
while making things difficult for those of us in the original departments.
If you really want to get things done and grow your career, don't even consider this company!
