The salary is very good
The benefits are quite comprehensive
I joined on 8/1 and left on 8/2. I joined to work at Hola. On the first day, I went to headquarters, signed the documents, filled in the information, and read the company's basic handbook. Later that day, I went to Hola to meet the supervisor, get to know the colleague who served as my point of contact, and learn the basic job duties from a senior colleague (learning one station at a time).
On the first day, I chatted with my colleague and learned about the job before clocking out. The next day was the company's health examination day, so I went for the checkup. My supervisor told me to find him after I finished. When I did, he asked, "What did you say to your colleague yesterday? You made things very troublesome." (The colleague had apparently told the supervisor that my previous company had a sexual harassment case?) I told my supervisor I hadn't said anything. He said, "Regardless of whether you did or whether you settled with the other party???? Just do your job properly. You have a certificate of a clean criminal record, so there shouldn't be any problem." I went nearby to apply for something and felt that something was wrong. Later, I went back and told my supervisor that I couldn't accept having my reputation damaged, but he acted as if he didn't care at all and kept saying not to concern myself with the matter. Later, I spoke with another supervisor. The other supervisor asked, "What did you say? Why would they say that you committed sexual harassment?" I said, "I never did that." I said that if this couldn't be resolved, I could only file a complaint about workplace bullying and sue the person who defamed me. The supervisor said he would talk to that employee to find out what had happened.
Later, while I was on my way back to Hola, my supervisor called and said, "Come back to headquarters so we can discuss this." When I returned to headquarters, the supervisor immediately said, "You got a call this morning? They said you are unsuitable for the position at Hola?" (The point is, I had only been there for one day and was still learning.) He then asked whether I could do another job, making external visits. I said I didn't have a car or a driver's license. The supervisor said, "Then there's nothing we can do. Unless you have a car, you can only resign." I asked again about the sexual harassment case. He said, "You two are saying different things, so I don't know who's right. (I have a clean criminal record certificate.) I can't exactly ask the person who made the accusation to come to the company immediately, can I? They're still busy and can't leave???" In the end, I signed a voluntary resignation.
If you join this organization, the system is pretty good, but I really don't know how to describe the colleagues.
