Pros

1. You can get to know 30–50 people without having to stay at the company for very long, but the number of employees will always remain around 20. The person who trains you when you first join this company might be magically disappeared by next week. Many people will suddenly disappear, but many newcomers will also arrive. You’ll find out after being here for just a little while whether everyone might be magically disappeared.

2. They love polar bears and are environmental ambassadors fighting global warming. They absolutely never waste anything: during the hot month of June, you work 8+1=9 hours, and the air conditioning can be turned on for 6 hours. It cannot be turned on for the other three hours—even if the air is stifling, you are dizzy from the heat, and the sweat is overwhelming, you have to endure it for the sake of the polar bears. If you forget to turn off the air conditioning, the Empress Dowager will be very angry and loudly berate everyone. Her voice is so loud that I truly understand she is sincere about the polar bears; she can endure anything for the planet.

3. Live out your dream of becoming a star. The senior big shots are extremely enthusiastic about supporting the Emperor’s livestreams and can be called his most loyal viewers. Every time he goes live, as many as 10 people watch, with 5 regular viewers always being the loyal senior big shots. You could say they are extremely devoted to the company.

From time to time, they invite frontline employees to livestream together. At first, this was even personally selected by the Emperor and could not be refused. You don’t want to be a big star? But the company thinks you have great potential, so you have to become one.

The Emperor will even make some dirty jokes during joint livestreams. It really is like playing a big star acting in My Fair Princess.

4. The fantasy of an overbearing CEO is here too. I’ve seen one or two employees forcibly transferred to other departments. One colleague was even transferred between four departments. Transferring departments will absolutely not lower your salary. This company claims externally that “we won’t do anything illegal,” but they will merely give you one or two major additional tasks. They won’t put pressure on you, and at the same time they don’t care about your wishes. The company is very considerate of its employees, saying: “You need the money anyway, right?” It is absolutely not because they dislike you, think you are easy to bully, or think your salary is too high and you have too much free time—it is all for your own good.

If you refuse the department transfer, what will the overbearing CEO do? They certainly won’t fire you; they will just make your life miserable.

5. Don’t want to be an overbearing CEO or a star? You can also experience a very special profession here: being a foreman. This company is very ambitious—they bought the land and built the place themselves, starting from scratch, which is truly admirable. They were so eager that they moved employees into the new building halfway through construction. After moving in, every day at work you get to enjoy the wonderful sound of construction-site hammering, elevating the quality of your workday. Halfway through work, you may suddenly be called away. Ah, it turns out the company also offers work experiences outside your original profession. If they happen to be short-staffed, everyone can become a foreman together, moving bricks and hauling rebar and cement. It can truly be called a very fulfilling training camp!

6. They absolutely do not do anything illegal—that is, your salary meets the minimum wage, and you are paid exactly the minimum wage. The rest of the money is counted as a bonus and paid in cash! If you like this way of saving on labor and health insurance costs, this place is perfect for you!

7. An extremely innovative company: action-oriented, with many things not yet ready and some problems still unresolved, yet very eager to launch and go public. I haven’t encountered many companies with such innovation and ability to put things into practice. It was supposed to launch last August, and it launched this March. It was supposed to launch this May, and it still hadn’t launched by August. Execution is absolutely unparalleled!

8. Excellent emotional management. Compared with a Chihuahua, their temper should be considered pretty good—I’ve never raised a dog, so I’m not sure. They only yell and scream very occasionally, really. Anyway, you have to be loud to win in the first place. The louder and fiercer your voice, the more suitable this workplace environment is for you!
