The building is clean and bright. If it weren’t for the so-called responsibility-based system that clearly takes advantage of people, the environment would genuinely be quite good.
If you don’t mind being taken advantage of, the reputation of a large company can still help polish your résumé.
First, they ask you to fill out an enormous amount of personal and financial information. In addition to the basic information form, there is also a survey about your financial situation—so detailed that they even ask how much you owe in credit card debt, and how much you have left on your mortgage and car loan. Am I filling this out so they can pay it off for me? They asked so many questions that I thought I was there for a matchmaking date...
After I filled out the forms, I had an interview with the manager. Basically, the biggest focus was on the “responsibility-based system.” They said that, in order to accommodate sales periods, I might need to go to the property site on holidays to handle matters such as contract signings and handovers. However, because it is a responsibility-based system, working these holiday shifts would be unpaid. Once I heard that, I don’t think anything more needs to be said. Still, I completed the interview very politely. That same afternoon, they immediately notified me that I had passed the first interview and invited me back for a second interview the next day, so I directly and politely declined.
