If you like internal conflict, this is the place for you.
During meetings, this company expects senior employees with decades of industry experience to listen to a contractor whose English is worse than a middle school student's. Even full-time employees earning million-dollar annual salaries—who have no relevant professional expertise—obey this person completely. This contractor had graduated from university less than two years earlier, yet rose to become a lead by forming cliques, bullying people, and deliberately taking on miscellaneous tasks that full-time employees did not want. Whenever there is a project, they claim they can handle it, but after some time, they dump it on their colleagues to clean up while acting as if nothing happened and focusing only on taking credit for the results. They have no professional expertise whatsoever. When external contacts have requests or problems arise, they completely shirk responsibility onto their colleagues, always saying they themselves do not know anything—even though they became a lead through internal conflict. They are a thoroughly malicious person, and all their workplace knowledge was acquired after joining by opportunistically stealing other people's know-how.
