You can train yourself (and examine) whether you are the kind of person who is easily taken in by others.
Unless you are a family member or someone the supervisor likes, you can very easily be pushed out!
Harmony on the surface, but undercurrents run deep in private… (You need to be a very smart person!)
If you lack self-discipline or the ability to distinguish right from wrong, you should think twice, because you are very likely to be brainwashed by incorrect ideas.
It feels a bit like a one-person dictatorship—is that perhaps a drawback of small companies? Or maybe I’m just a rookie?
