Pros
You can bring pets to work.
Cons
The upper management are all family members, and you’re often blamed for strange things.
Theoretically, 11 days off per month is impossible.
One day of overtime gets you 1k.
If you ask, the answer is: run while you can—don’t come here to suffer.
