I applied for a warehouse position at the Taoyuan plant. During the interview, the supervisor (a section manager at the assistant manager level) made everything sound spectacular, giving the impression that he was highly capable. After being hired and working for a few days, I discovered that he was almost always nowhere to be found and did not understand the actual operations, seemingly leaving everything to the team leader below him. Then this team leader unexpectedly announced that he was resigning. I felt like I was being used as a scapegoat, so after four days, I decisively found an excuse to quit.
