The benefits are comparable to Wistron, but since you are not a Wistron employee, some benefits are only there to look at and admire from afar.

Introduction to the Wistron environment:

1. Seats are divided by group, and meetings all use Marvel-related names. The HR representative seemed somewhat proud of this while introducing it.

2. The Wi-Fi speed is good overall, and the internet connection is fairly smooth.

3. HR introduced the job responsibilities rather casually and brought the supervisor in after only a short conversation.

4. The work environment is very quiet. There appear to be more than 50 people, and everyone seems to be working very seriously.

5. Feedback is emphasized in meetings, but no one is willing to provide feedback. It sounds as though the feedback is not taken seriously by upper management.

6. Supervisors look after one another. Yes, only the supervisors look after one another; people below them are treated as disposable. Choose this company carefully.

7. I heard that the groups were reshuffled some time ago, with some groups forcibly combined. I do not know whose idea it was, but it looks completely absurd.

8. Do not question the supervisors’ abilities, because there is no need to question them in the first place. Projects and proposals are repeatedly revised, and when you ask why, they do not know either—they just cite instructions from upper management. Is there still any need to question them?

9. The atmosphere inside the company is very gloomy. You may feel as though the company is barely holding on.

10. Do not expect training, because there is no training. The supervisors even naively believe that training exists.

11. Supervisors like to tell jokes that only they find funny. They pick on easy targets, say unfunny things, and then laugh to themselves with a “heh heh heh.”

12. You have to follow upper management’s instructions at work. If you do not, you will be treated as someone on the potential-danger list.

13. I heard the bonus system is still being revised. It is unclear whether the bonuses cannot be issued or simply are not intended to be issued.

Think carefully before joining this company, unless you want to experience everything described above.
