For office staff, as long as you have average computer skills, you can practically walk all over the company.
1. Salaries are very stable and are hardly ever raised; even when they are, they only follow government adjustments.
2. Welfare fees are deducted from both salaries and bonuses, but there are hardly any benefits to speak of, and no one even knows what the deductions are for.
3. The year-end bonus is actually paid after the New Year! How are people supposed to get by during the New Year? How can we give red envelopes? How can we make others envy Fuji employees?
4. Typhoon days off = unpaid leave. While others happily take typhoon days off, we suffer through unpaid leave.
5. Supervisors have no management concepts—only imagination, with no ability to execute—exhausting the people beneath them.
6. It doesn't matter if you lack ability; as long as you're good enough at flattery and talking your way up, you can definitely get promoted.
7. The overall impression the company gives is "stingy" and "a cheapskate company"—it's unbelievably miserly.
