Every year, a group of people leave after the Lunar New Year~
Report it to the management department....but nothing ever changes.
They just keep deceiving people into joining. Hehe.
When something goes wrong, everyone shifts the blame onto one another.
A small number of supervisors → treat employees as scapegoats!
If you work here, I recommend recording and keeping evidence of your supervisors' instructions, meetings of all sizes,
and even conversations during client visits.....
