Every year, a bunch of people leave after the Lunar New Year~
Reporting it to the management department .... doesn't bring any change either.
They just keep tricking people into joining. Hehe.
When something goes wrong, everyone shifts the blame onto one another.
A small number of managers → treat employees as a stop-loss point!
