Every year, a group of people leave after the Lunar New Year~
Reporting it to management .... doesn’t change anything either.
They just keep deceiving people into joining. Hehe.
When something goes wrong, everyone shifts the blame.
A small number of supervisors → treat employees as stop-loss points!
If you work here, I recommend recording and keeping evidence of your supervisors’ instructions, meetings of all sizes,
and even conversations when visiting clients.....
For the sake of providing evidence later.
