Pros
The transportation is fairly convenient
Cons
The CEO thinks that simply operating in the so-called fintech industry makes it a startup.
But her mindset is still rooted in the traditional financial industry.
A stingy attitude is everywhere:
Employee salaries are stuck at market rates from 20 years ago; employees are expected to clean the office themselves; offering bubble tea once a week is considered very generous; employees are often asked to take on some inexplicable odd jobs (because everyone has run away).
The office is quite ugly, with no sense of aesthetics whatsoever.
