The atmosphere among colleagues is good

I strongly advise against joining the Account Management (Operations) Department. Besides being extremely high-pressure,

one supervisor has serious emotional-control issues.

They have berated colleagues publicly countless times (usually singling out one unfortunate person for a period of time),

seriously affecting the atmosphere in which everyone else works.....

Their emotions are unpredictable—one moment they are laughing and joking, and the next they completely lose their temper.

But the reasons for these outbursts are always based on their personal perceptions.

Most of the time, they cannot articulate any specific suggestions or methods = =

Although overtime can apparently be claimed, there are actually countless hurdles.

You can see it but can't get it, haha. I advise choosing the right department, otherwise it may affect your physical and mental health...
