Can't think of any
The company is in a remote location, with very few amenities nearby. The office furniture and environment are old. Before the interview, HR asked me to provide several times when I would be available and said they would get back to me after checking when the manager was available. However, when I arrived at the company that day, I interviewed only with HR; the manager did not show up at all. HR gave me a very rudimentary personnel information form to fill out, then asked me to introduce myself and so on. Overall, it felt very much like a layperson leading an expert. Although HR clearly did not understand procurement or administrative assistance, they spoke as if they knew all about it. The HR representative was an older person who did not appear very professional and seemed not to know what kind of person would be suitable for the position. At the end, I asked whether there would be a second interview with the manager. HR said there would not be one and that they would make the decision themselves? The whole thing was very strange.
