During the interview, I met the recruitment consultant Shawn. He used humorous and pleasant conversation to reduce the pressure before the technical interview. Having interviewed with recruitment consultants from several outsourcing firms, I feel that he is the consultant who respects interviewees the most. It really felt like chatting with a friend.
The technical interviewer, Donald, asked some fairly in-depth questions. Also, if I couldn't answer a question after it was asked, he would explain the direction and provide the answer. He was very professional and helpful.
If you are looking for a job at an outsourcing firm and don't want to be constantly humiliated or told to lower your price, I recommend this recruiter. If you want a pleasant interview, I suggest giving this recruitment consultant a try. He is a really nice person.
Unexpectedly, it was a pleasant interview.
