None at all

It’s basically a family-run company. I worked briefly in the warehouse and sincerely felt that you had to be one of their family members—or someone close to them who knew how to flatter them—to get help clocking in. You didn’t even need to request leave; you only needed her approval. There was a lot of unequal treatment.

The woman in management really needs to see a psychiatrist; she has major emotional and psychological issues. She tries to control everything at the slightest opportunity. And, to put it bluntly, she has very little ability apart from scrolling on her phone, chatting, and gossiping about people.

She’s supposedly the best—yet can’t do anything?

No company would hire an employee like this, as it affects both the company’s costs and everyone else. But because she’s a relative, there’s nothing they can do?

With so many companies out there, there’s really no need to wrong yourself and waste your life staying in such a two-faced company. (Needless to say, the benefits and atmosphere aren’t any better.)
