Many benefits, including company trips and happy hours

When I went for the interview, it happened to be the company’s lunch break, and there was no one at the reception desk. I asked a female employee who happened to be passing by for directions, but she simply told me to call HR using the phone number provided in the interview email. She did not help notify HR or escort me to a meeting room or waiting area, leaving me standing in front of the reception desk. HR also did not answer when I called. If HR had not happened to pass by, would I have been left standing at the reception desk indefinitely? From a customer’s perspective, the company’s staff could improve their hospitality.
