The training is fairly comprehensive.

The relationships between departments seem to be quite poor. If someone makes a mistake or fails to handle something thoroughly, they are often directly posted in the group chat for public criticism. If another department considers something inappropriate during the course of work, colleagues from that department also often address it face-to-face in a very unpleasant tone, even when speaking to newcomers. It feels as though everyone has become accustomed to communicating in this confrontational manner, creating a very disharmonious work environment.
