1. The supervisors have very little expertise regarding the work content; basically, you can fool them just by bluffing.
2. The culture of flattering superiors is very strong. The supervisors all flatter the vice president, so you just need to follow suit.
3. The supervisors have an incredible number of meetings, so you can hide away all day; you can even spend the entire day chatting and it won’t matter.
1. Starting in mid-2023, overtime pay was no longer provided, which led to the company being reported.
2. There was a major round of layoffs at the end of 2023, and a large number of employees left in 2024, including those in engineering, equipment, and manufacturing. Some process stations do not even have process engineers and can only ask process engineers from other stations to take on the work concurrently.
3. Salary adjustments and bonuses basically never reach the engineers at the lower levels.\
4. The division of responsibilities is very unclear.
