I am an internal staff member. Although the company does not offer exceptionally generous benefits, it does provide all the standard essentials.

So far, at least within my department, I have enjoyed a pleasant atmosphere with my colleagues and get along well with my supervisor. Occasionally encountering frustrating situations is unavoidable anywhere.

When I first saw the reviews here, they did make me somewhat consider whether I should interview or even join the company. These concerns are perfectly normal—no one wants to jump into a pit of fire.

But for everyone reading this review, I hope you will consider coming for an interview first and then deciding for "yourself" how you feel about this company.

The most important thing is to find a work environment that you personally like and that suits you.
