Workplace reviews and discussion: 智擎數位科技股份有限公司

There are different pastries to eat every time.

Eat as much as you like until you get tired of them.

The owner and the supervisor are the same kind of person—

the kind who cares deeply about how far along you are with your work.

The supervisor will tell you that you can understand and learn together,

but to help you improve, they will decide to have you take responsibility yourself.

They let you practice reporting the results of your learning to them.

After all, the supervisor is very busy; ordinary people can't keep bothering them.

After working there for less than a week, you'll want to experience other companies and see whether any of them are really as good as this one.

There are too many advantages—so many that it becomes frightening.

I wasn't mentally prepared enough, so I gave up.
