Pros
A compassionate chairman and the group shelter the general manager, enabling a story of doing whatever they want, wasting money, randomly using the company tax ID number, randomly hiring relatives and friends to come work, and shifting blame.
Cons
In 2024, we are about to witness the story of how hiring the wrong general manager can bring a brand to an end ^^
