Pros
Bright environment; a small gift is given after the interview.
Cons
The company is not large, yet it requires lengthy intelligence and written tests. The supervisor did not explain the job responsibilities in detail and brushed off the interviewee. The interview process felt disrespectful and wasted the interviewee’s time on the written test. It gave the impression that the company’s internal systems are unclear.
