Pros
The boss doesn’t know much, so you can bluff your way through anything; he’ll just chuckle and say, “That’s amazing.”
Cons
There’s no overtime pay, and there’s no bonus in the first year. In the following years, the bonus depends on the percentage and the boss’s mood. The base salary is already very low, and after taxes it’s about the same as when I first entered the workforce. After leaving, my monthly salary nearly doubled, helping me achieve almost 100% growth.
