1. The company is located in a very remote area, and only a few buses go there. Although there is a shuttle bus, it is practically useless—if there are not enough seats, you have to find your own way there. The shuttle bus is also frequently late, causing employees to arrive late; the company still deducts their pay and simply says that commuting to work is their own responsibility.
2. Once you get to the company, the water dispenser is often out of water all day, or only has 49-degree water. I am not exaggerating—it really can be all day. Employees often have to go to a floor with a vending machine that sells water to buy some.
3. Senior employees have an extremely poor attitude toward newcomers. When new employees do not understand something, they only scold them without explaining how to do it. This particularly applies to the person in charge of cashiering, who acts as if everyone owes them millions.
4. The department that calls for fairness and impartiality is not fair or impartial toward its own internal staff at all.
5. There are no benefits whatsoever. The company cannot even provide the most basic drinking water. Any gift money or gifts received are paid for through monthly deductions from the welfare fund. The quality of the gifts is laughable—the rice wine jar given recently for the Dragon Boat Festival was so embarrassing that no one even dared take it home. For a travel company’s employee trips, the subsidy is only a few thousand dollars depending on seniority, and you can apply for it only when purchasing Lion Travel products.
5. When it comes to departing employees, the company can be said to go all out to make things difficult for them. They do not seem nearly as capable in their everyday work.
6. Certain employees who curry favor with supervisors can apply for working from home as a special exception, completely disregarding fairness and impartiality.
6. Lion Travel’s tour fees are expensive not because the quality is good; they include various costs unrelated to the itinerary, and senior executives and above simply choose to ignore this.
Newly joined employees only want to leave as soon as possible.
Anyone considering joining this company should think twice.
