No written test

For both the first and second interviews, HR was 5–20 minutes late. The interviews took place at a long table in the reception lobby, where the constant foot traffic made it easy to be disturbed. While waiting, I could also hear the questions and answers from the interview taking place next door (for a different position).

During the interviews, HR's phone and notification alerts kept ringing, and I could see the interviewer getting distracted and glancing at the message content.
