Sometimes you can leave work on time, around 4:30.
1. Low pay and an overwhelming amount of work; the money is all taken by upper management. Supervisors at all levels leave, whether at headquarters or branch offices. Even when there is a staff shortage, nothing is improved. Working here makes you feel hopeless about the future.
2. You have to put up with salespeople ordering you around. Even when something violates regulations, salespeople will still pressure you to do it, and the supervisors always listen to the salespeople. Supervisors and staff who cannot take it anymore resign; the unfortunate ones are those who continue working here.
