I haven’t had such a terrible interview experience in a long time. First of all, this is a staffing agency, and workers from various factories come here for interviews.

But the recruitment information they write is clearly designed to lure as many people as possible into interviewing (possibly to boost their performance?). For example, I applied for a quality inspection position, and the job description only mentioned simple quality inspections. However, they actually told me that I would also have to do assembly and other production-line work. Isn’t that blatantly misleading people?

Then, after the interview, they told me to wait a moment and went on to interview other applicants. I was confused—what was I supposed to wait for after my interview was over? So I asked another administrative staff member, who simply told me to keep waiting because there was something to do. Fine, I waited. In the end, the person who had just finished interviewing someone else came back and told me that they had given my résumé to the supervisor and that I could leave and wait for notification. Wow, do you really know what you’re saying? You told me to wait because there was still something to do, and that “something” was merely telling me that my résumé had been submitted. If you can’t handle HR properly, please don’t waste other people’s time.

Unless you’re extremely short on money and urgently need cash, there is absolutely no reason to come here and waste your time and abilities. You’d be better off finding almost any other job. They didn’t even mention basic benefits or labor and health insurance. A company that casually exploits people just to earn placement fees can simply be skipped.
