Salary is paid on time at the end of the month. The long-service bonus is NT$6,000 paid twice over six months; once you’ve received it, you can leave.

I was previously a QC staff member. Positions are rotated within the same unit about every six months to a year, and you’re expected to know how to do everything and be an all-around worker, but there’s not much salary increase. There’s also a chance of being assigned to rotate between the Zhongli plant and the Bade site for support.

Most of my coworkers were also of poor quality, especially in the Zhongli manufacturing department—a group of women who recklessly made vulgar sexual remarks at work and had very poor attitudes.

The company sends upper-level auditors to inspect things for no particular reason, deliberately insisting on finding faults.

As for the performance bonus supposedly paid every quarter mentioned in the interview, just take it with a grain of salt. Later, they add that if the company’s profit percentage doesn’t reach the required level, you won’t get a single cent. Management also keeps painting rosy pictures, saying things will improve starting in the Xth quarter.

If you really want to take this job, I think you can prepare to leave after receiving the NT$12,000 long-service bonus after six months or a year. People in several departments have also resigned.
