And continue harassing people long after they have resigned.
Calls on holidays and non-working days are a nuisance,
With endless complaints that chill the heart.
Vendors receive inexplicable requests,
Creating troubles out of nothing.
Internal information is scattered among employees,
And newcomers become unwilling to stay after just one month.
The information gap is as deep as the sea,
Yet the company is indifferent and makes no effort to change.
Going to work feels like entering hell,
With abuse and complaints causing misery.
You are summoned before even starting work,
And bothered by matters unrelated to your job.
Keep this personal advice in mind:
Think twice when job hunting; do not choose lightly.
DFD, databases, AI positions—
Joining this place will only make you regret wasting your years.
