The company’s definition of resilience under pressure seems to be enduring colleagues undermining each other. The managers offer little that makes people want to follow or learn from them. The desirable positions are already firmly occupied, leaving little room for development. Most importantly, the salary, bonuses, and benefits are nothing particularly special. If you have somewhere else to go, it is definitely worth going.
