Really casual.

I really don't recommend it. They weren't very respectful toward the interviewee. The manager I met had absolutely no patience and kept shaking his leg, clearly wanting me to hurry up and finish talking, and he came across as looking down on people. I was completely stunned. The HR person was also very disorganized: they asked me to set aside time to interview for the first and second rounds together, but then the CEO conducting the second round wasn't available and told me to do only the first round for now. I had already set aside the time for them, and had even turned down online interviews with other companies. Then, after I passed the third round, they asked me to provide two references. In fact, I hadn't planned to join their company anyway because I'd heard the pay was very poor. In the end, nothing came of it~
